This home was literally amazing as shown in the photos. Especially the view from the pool was amazing. There was everything I needed. Furthermore, Salvatore was very accommodating and super nice. Adriano who took care of the structure was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this villa.

Simply breathtaking. The villa is breathtaking, it's even better than the photos. My husband and I stayed for a week with our three children and had the best holidays we have ever been on. We have two teenagers and a three year old and everyone was happy. The villa is clean with everything you need, coffee, water and wine i.e. available upon your arrival. The kitchen is equipped with essential products for cooking, such as oil, seasonings, etc. Salvatore was welcoming and helpful, he showed us the entire house and then left us. Adriano visits every morning to clean the pool and look after the park, he is local to Oliena and knows the area well and is very helpful and friendly. He also makes pizza in the evening and they are fantastic. The villa has 5 double bedrooms in fully air-conditioned and well-finished suites. The beds are comfortable and the pool is great! There is a pool table and a darts board. There are also two outside areas for sitting and eating under cover with a shaded area next to the pool so you can keep your little one cool. I can't recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed and we will be back.

This is no ordinary villa, but one that has been scrupulously, lovingly restored and furnished. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The pool table is the best ever and we enjoyed playing on it. The outdoor area and pool are beautifully landscaped, with a variety of places to eat. We were 4 couples and Salvatore made us all feel so welcome with surprises including eggs from his chickens and fruit from the garden. We would love to return one day. Absolutely everything was superb and our entire group enjoyed our stay. This villa is exactly in the true spirit of Airbnb, where we felt honored that Salvatore has shared his home for many generations with us, as if we had stayed with a friend in Sardinia. This is an unmissable place!

We spent a wonderful week in this special villa as a group of 9 people. Salvatore and Adriano are excellent hosts and do everything to make the holiday perfect and have good recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We especially found Adriano's pizza. The villa is beautifully located in a valley, which is why we were able to use the salt water pool even in October. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Salvatore's house is incredibly beautiful, it is one of a kind. The Villa is tastefully furnished with attention to detail and furnished with carefully curated pieces from Sardinia. The property is very special: several lovely seating areas and tables, a beautiful swimming pool and a fantastic view of the vineyards, the olive trees in the valley and the mountains. There is also a Nuraghi nearby. Salvatore was very kind to welcome us personally and spoiled us with fruit baskets, Sardinian wine and other specialties and fresh eggs. We were amazed at how lovingly cared for and maintained the Villa was: it truly is a corner of paradise! It was a wonderful place to come and spend time just the two of us, but we would certainly love to share it with our family who will return in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Salvatore's villa. There were seven of us: five adults and two children and we stayed over Easter. First, the location is fantastic - the mountain backdrop is stunning and the whole area is just beautiful. It's a perfect base for the region, whether you want to explore the mountains or the east coast of the island. The house itself is larger than expected: the land it sits on even larger. There are so many historical details and it's all absolutely pristine. It's a fantastic place to spend time. All rooms are large and have an en suite bathroom. The house is stocked with local wines which you can purchase - a really nice touch. Outside, the pool area is fabulous, our kids loved the swings and there are two outdoor dining areas where you can eat, depending on the view you want. As a host, Salvatore was absolutely lovely, communicative, generous and very helpful, with lots of great local recommendations. We loved it and would love to go back!

What an incredible Airbnb - beautiful surroundings and an amazing pool. The accommodation is perfectly furnished and Salvatore went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic time in beautiful Sardinia. The house is the perfect refuge. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful tastefully furnished villa, surrounded by nature. Large common areas both internal and external, very pleasant. Unfortunately, given the season, it was not possible to swim in the pool, but lying in the sun on the comfortable loungers was still satisfying. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were clean and functioning, and complete with consumables. Salvatore was very courteous and ready to promptly satisfy our needs. A special thanks to Adriano, very courteous and efficient, who takes care of the external spaces. Overall the stay was very pleasant and we will recommend Villa Tatiana to our friends.

It is an incredibly beautiful accommodation, furnished with great attention to detail. The view is priceless! The contact with the host and the staff was also very nice and friendly!! I would recommend the accommodation wholeheartedly!! A little tip: you absolutely need a rental car. There is nothing within walking distance. By car, however, you are in 10 minutes in the next larger village, where you can find restaurants and more.

Salvatore and his team are absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to make our stay the best experience. The house and surroundings are breathtaking. It was a pleasure to stay here!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It was incredibly beautiful, clean and elegant whilst remaining comfortable. Myself and 4 friends spent 4 nights and probably should have booked 4 more. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time. The view from the pool is like nothing else. We all hope to return.

From the moment I booked Villa Tatiana, Salvatore was incredibly attentive and responsive with any questions I had. We arrived late at night and were worried about not having food for the morning but found a fridge full of necessities as well as coffee, tea, pastries and fresh eggs waiting for us. Villa Tatiana is incredibly quiet and especially at the end of a long day on the beach or on a boat to visit the beautiful beaches of Sardinia. Comfortable and full of all the amenities you need to prepare dinner or just sit and have a drink. Adriana, the park keeper, was also fantastic. He was very helpful in helping us with where to go and what to do. She also helped us with our boat tour rental, which I highly recommend - it was probably our best day in Sardinia. She works at a pizza place in the evenings, so we ordered pizza one night and it was great! I highly recommend Villa Tatiana - everyone and everything about the Villa is amazing!

Villa Tatiana is an absolutely incredible property. Very spacious villa with clean kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. It's obvious that a lot of time and effort has gone into every single detail of this beautiful green oasis. The mountain views are spectacular (it almost looks fake) and the photos don't do it justice. Salvatore is a wonderful person and host. He is extremely responsive during the entire stay and helps his guests with advice and anything else they might need. He made dinner reservations for us and booked a private boat trip along the Baunei coast. Adriano visits the property every morning to make sure the pool and grounds remain clean and beautiful. He is also extremely friendly, personable and helpful. We were sad to leave and felt right at home after a few days. We can't say enough good things about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone. We hope to return soon!

Absolute perfection!!! From start to finish this was a fantastic stay. Luxury in paradise. Eight of us stayed in the house for a food and wine trip and Salvatore is a great host. He helped with reservations and suggested interesting local activities. The house and grounds were immaculate. One evening we really enjoyed grilling outside and playing pool. We booked the location for the mountains, however the sea is only 30 minutes away by car and the beaches are spectacular. If you are looking for your Sardinian holiday and this charming house is still available for your dates, consider your luck and book it!!

Fantastic house - everything looks like in the photos. The mountain in the morning is absolutely breathtaking. Quiet and remote place with many rooms and their individual bathrooms. Having dinner under the tree with all my friends was really special. 37 minute drive from Cala Gonone - if you want to take a boat and do Gulf of Orosei - which for us was the highlight of the trip. Overall, a really great experience, and the hosts are very friendly. I highly recommend it! All members of the group were satisfied:)

Villa Tatiana was everything we expected and more. From the moment Salvatore met us on the property, we were amazed by the beautiful mountain views. There are 5 large double rooms all with ensuite bathrooms which were perfect for our group. The house was very clean and had everything you need for your stay: kitchen utensils, towels, washing machine, coffee pod machine etc. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the location, as you are 20 minutes from the nearest beach. Adriano (the park keeper) was wonderful and helpful. He brought us some sweets for breakfast and recommended many places to visit and activities to do in Oliena. Adriano works at a pizzeria in Oliena which we ordered from one night which were fantastic! Thanks so much to the Villa Tatiana team, the property was amazing!

An absolutely immaculate property. We had a large group and loved the property. A quiet and relaxing holiday to end our trip to Sardinia. Lots of history in the house, a very neat experience. The place was in perfect condition. I highly recommend this property. The views are even better in person.

Salvatore welcomed us even earlier due to the earlier landing. His Villa Tatjana leaves nothing to be desired and is a real gem with all comforts. We were 5 men on foot and can only recommend the villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A truly fantastic accommodation. Thanks again for everything!
